Job Title: Compassionate Care Professional

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading healthcare facility.

This is your opportunity to work in a role where clinical excellence meets compassion, delivering high-quality care aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of Enrolled Nurses and Care Assistants
  • Build and implement resident-focused care plans and assessments (including ACFI)
  • Liaise with families, doctors, and allied health professionals to coordinate care
  • Actively participate in accreditation, documentation, and continuous improvement
  • Be a champion of safety, wellbeing, and infection control in the facility

You will work closely with our Care Manager and General Manager, becoming a key player in a collaborative, forward-thinking care team.

Requirements:

  • Current Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Understanding of aged care standards and the Residential Classification Scale
  • National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience with ACFI and aged care documentation
  • Knowledge of government aged care standards and accreditation
  • Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
  • A genuine commitment to quality of life for older Australians
