At Ventia, we are looking for a skilled Business Improvement Lead to join our team.

This newly created position will oversee a team of specialists developing and delivering projects within our Operation Centre in Parramatta.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing learning content through collaboration with operations stakeholders
  • Assisting in processing business requests and recommending solutions for VOC process improvements, performance, learning, and quality
  • Facilitating learning programs, care plans, and reviews
  • Evaluating business performance
  • Creating ongoing communication strategies across the VOC
  • Leading the implementation of positive change to achieve long-term sustainable outcomes for the business
  • Deploying learning programs via learner management systems (LMS)
  • Governing quality management frameworks and quality control

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 2-3 years of experience using learner management systems
  • Project management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Contact centre or operations experience is desirable
