About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead performance marketing and commerce strategy for a fast-growing agency in the health and fitness space. The ideal candidate has deep expertise across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and a wide range of performance channels, with a proven track record in scaling ecommerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing end-to-end media and ecommerce strategies across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
  • Executing performance-driven campaigns that deliver on revenue and customer growth targets.
  • Overseeing shopper journeys, conversion funnels, and CRO to maximise profitability.
  • Driving media budget allocation, forecasting, and optimisation with a clear focus on ROI.
  • Partnering closely with clients in the health & fitness sector to translate business goals into actionable growth plans.
  • Managing, mentoring, and inspiring a lean team while staying hands-on in execution.
  • Collaborating with creative, analytics, and ecommerce specialists to deliver fully integrated campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years' experience in performance marketing and ecommerce, ideally within agency or high-growth DTC/B2C environments.
  • Mastery of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager —you'll be the go-to expert in both.
  • Experience with Shopify, Amazon, or other ecommerce ecosystems is a strong plus.
  • A commercial mindset: you think in terms of revenue, profit, and customer lifetime value, not just impressions and clicks.
  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable digging into data, dashboards, and attribution models to make decisions.
  • A natural collaborator who can build trust with clients while pushing for innovation and growth.
  • Passion for the health and fitness space is a bonus.
