Sales Support Officer Job Description:

The Sales Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Rural Sales Representatives across Queensland. This is a varied role that requires excellent administrative and sales skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Manage leads pipeline and database prospecting to ensure timely follow-up with potential clients.">
  • Customer Service: Provide superior customer service to rural sales agents, responding to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.">
  • Administrative Support: Offer administrative support to rural sales agents statewide, including preparing and developing templates and buyer match collateral to support specific sales campaigns.">
  • CRM Management: Work towards being a subject matter expert in our base CRM system, Agent Box, to effectively manage leads and client relationships.">
  • Research and External Platform Support: Assist State Manager and agents with research and external platform support (Qld Globe, Agtuary, Price Finder etc).">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Administrative Experience: A proven track record of working in an administrative capacity, preferably in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.">
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.">
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.">
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.">
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.">
