Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant Role with Global Impact

About the Role
">We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join our Dynamics practice in a permanent position. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering professional consulting services, including scoping, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE Solutions.
Your expertise will be utilized in Pre-Sales functions and contributing to solution architecture. You will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure that the system is configured and tailored to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Model Driven Apps tailored for CRM functions.
- Apply best practices in code development within Dynamics CRM to create efficient and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external functional teams to enhance CRM functionalities across all Dynamics CRM modules.
- Create technical specifications and manage version control and project workflows.
- Support the team in conducting workshops and proofs of concept.
- Mentor junior consultants in the team.
About You
- ">
- You have experience working for a consulting organization or systems integrator delivering custom Dynamics CRM/CE applications in an enterprise environment.
- You possess proven experience with the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- You have strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM/CE modules, particularly in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
- You are proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
- You have experience with data migration tools and techniques.
- You demonstrate ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- You have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to present technical concepts to business users.
- You are able to work effectively within a team or work autonomously.
- You hold certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE.
Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
