About the job:
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Technical Business Architect with expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies.
This role will focus on designing and implementing CRM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with CRM products such as Siebel and Salesforce, and possess a deep understanding of technical and functional architectures.
In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including solution designers, developers, and testers, to deliver high-quality CRM solutions that meet business objectives.
A strong background in CRM integration with provisioning, middleware, and billing systems is highly desirable. Additionally, experience collaborating with customer architect teams and other stakeholders will be an asset.
The Telecom Domain expertise in CRM areas is preferred, but not mandatory. A certification in TOGAF or other architecture-related certifications is also a plus.
As a Technical Business Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping our CRM strategy and vision, and contributing to the company's success in the market.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in CRM Architecture and Implementation
- Deep understanding of CRM products, technologies, and industry trends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Certification in TOGAF or other architecture-related certifications a plus
