About the Role

As a Senior Technical Consultant at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for delivering professional consulting services, including scoping, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE Solutions. Your role will also involve pre-sales functions and contributing to solution architecture.

Your Key Responsibilities

">

You will be designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Model Driven Apps tailored for CRM functions. You will collaborate with internal and external functional teams to enhance CRM functionalities across all Dynamics CRM modules.

  • Develop efficient and scalable solutions by applying best practices in code development within Dynamics CRM.
  • Create technical specifications and manage version control and project workflows.
  • Mentor junior consultants in the team.

Your Background

">

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in working for a consulting organisation or systems integrator delivering custom Dynamics CRM/CE applications in an enterprise environment. Proven experience with the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, is essential.

  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM/CE modules, particularly in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with data migration tools and techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to present technical concepts to business users.
  • Able to work effectively within a team or work autonomously.

We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your experience. You will also have access to our hybrid working policy, which allows you to work from home or in the office.
