This senior leadership position at Co-Hive involves driving initiatives for real-world opportunities. You will wear two key hats: Dedicated Job Coach and Connector & Innovator.

As Dedicated Job Coach, you will put participants at the centre of every decision, helping them prepare for, secure, and sustain meaningful employment. As Connector & Innovator, you will create and implement experiences that enhance learning, putting theory into practice.

You'll work based at the Hub, meeting employers, visiting workplaces, hosting excursions, and building community connections. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, has excellent administrative and communication skills, and can juggle multiple stakeholders while delivering measurable impact.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to handle diverse relationships with various stakeholders, and have experience in creating impactful solutions.
