Overview Content and Marketing Lead (Social Impact) – Ripple Opportunities is working with Re Love to help them find their next Content and Marketing Lead (Social Impact).
Re Love is a purpose-led nonprofit furnishing safe, beautiful homes for people impacted by homelessness and domestic violence.
The Restory has expanded into a social enterprise that resells lifestyle furniture to fund this vital work.
Base pay range: A$80,000.00/yr - A$100,000.00/yr Full-time, permanent role based at our Sydney warehouse + HQ — because the magic's in the room.
Salary A$80,000–A$100,000 plus super plus salary packaging.
Work side by side with Re Love's Co-Founders and the ops + shop crew.
Re Love looks, sounds, and feels unmistakably Re Love — everywhere we show.
Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
Full working rights in Australia needed.
Responsibilities Be the storyteller-in-chief — capturing the generosity, humanity and power of community connection behind every moment, including filming reels in the warehouse, snapping photos on delivery day, amplifying media moments, and covering partner events.
Bring it all to life — editing, captioning, and shaping content for every channel, from Linked In posts to Instagram Reels to partner reports, to help people connect with the power of Re Love in action.
Your week is about spotting stories others might miss — the laughter between volunteers, the transformation of a home being furnished, the buzz of a partner event — and turning them into reels, posts, and reports that carry Re Love's energy out into the world.
Craft Linked In posts for the founders to add their take on new research, weave excerpts with photos and quotes into a newsletter, partner proposal or impact report — always on brand and with heart.
Design smart, consistent assets in Canva, evolve reusable templates, and help build a brand system that scales — tightening visuals, sharpening the message, and ensuring Re Love looks, sounds, and feels unmistakably Re Love everywhere we show.
Support media pitches, donor updates, speeches and impact reports by shaping clear, timely communications for government partners, donors, corporate executives and community customers.
Keep our creative ecosystem humming — design assets, maintain templates, and contribute to a brand system that scales with the team.
Qualifications Solid communications and content experience.
Eye for the story in the moment and the initiative and insight to turn it into durable content.
Ability to move fast, make things happen, and learn as you go.
Creativity with respect, hustle with heart — and a drive to grow with a social enterprise focused on circular economy and impact.
Experience in nonprofit, startup or related impact journey is welcomed.
