Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee daily operations, work closely with individuals with disabilities, and inspire their team to deliver outstanding results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a dedicated team in creating inclusive workplaces and driving positive change through collaboration and effective communication.
  • BUILD STRONG EMPLOYER PARTNERSHIPS by fostering connections with local businesses and delivering training that opens the door to meaningful job opportunities for people with disabilities.
  • Guide and motivate a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results, ensuring a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization.
Requirements:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification and/or significant experience in the disability sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of the field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proven experience in working with and implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans, ensuring the well-being and safety of individuals with disabilities.
  • Strong staff supervision and site management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands efficiently.
  • High level of computer literacy, enabling effective use of digital tools and software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary, commensurate with experience, ranging from $97K to $102K per annum.
  • An attractive benefits package, including generous tax-free packaging benefits, increasing earnings by up to $15,900 annually.
