We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying B2B sales
  • A track record of closing big complex deals personally (min $250k+)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Coachable and curious mindset
  • Background selling technical equipment, industrial solutions, or engineered services is a plus
