\t* PDLC adherence and management across the production team and supply chain
\t* Full ownership and management of the annual critical path for the Product team
\t* Full management of all bulk PO's to ensure DIFOT
\t* Identify, and alert merchandise team of potential production, quality, and costing issues and make recommendations to ensure brand integrity is maintained
\t* Execution and management of fabric sourcing and development.
\t* COGS pricing negotiations ensuring margin targets are achieved
\t* All bulk fabric to have confirmed yardage price prior to range/style handover
\t* 3rd Party QC inspections cost management to seasonal budgets
\t* Production supply chain and supplier relationship management.
\t* Annual & seasonal capacity planning
\t* Annual & seasonal strategic planning for supplier investment
\t* Build out existing supply chain to implement category specialists suppliers
\t* Sourcing & onboarding new & relevant suppliers that align to the CSB ethical, social, environmental and quality standards
\t* Annual review and maintenance of all suppliers ethical standard certifications
\t* Contribute to creating strategic product and supply chain plans that support the company's objectives and brand goals from a top down perspective.

\t* Minimum 3 years' experience in a production manager role or similar.
\t* Demonstrated experience dealing with offshore manufacturing suppliers.
\t* Demonstrated experience leading and managing product development teams.
\t* Strong knowledge of product development process, garment construction, and local and offshore production supply chain management.
\t* Excellent understanding of garment specifications, product development and production process.
\t* Experienced with use of Photoshop, Illustrator and CAD.
\t* Demonstrated work in active wear, preferred.
\t* Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills to ensure business timelines are met.
\t* Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective rapport building skills with a varied audience.
