Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a Computer Science, Business Analysis, or Business-related discipline.
  • Proven track record of success in product management, with a focus on Agile development methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior executives and work collaboratively with teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Certification/accreditation in formal modeling techniques such as BPMN2.0.
  • Experience in the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes and solutions.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in the aged care sector with a deep understanding of the funding mechanisms, work practices, and regulations that govern the industry.
