Key Responsibilities:

  • High volume resourcing of apparel and accessories styles
  • Established product development and garment construction knowledge across a variety of apparel and accessories categories
  • Adherence to required lead times and critical path
  • Maintain fit, quality, and design of all resourced styles
  • A keen understanding of supplier strengths, specialities, and capabilities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Building positive supplier relationships, working toward win-win outcomes
  • Management of production tracker, ensuring day resolution
  • Support our sustainability program by increasing the number of styles made from Lower Impact (LI) Materials
  • Manage priority resourcing assignments
  • Adhere to supply chain directives and sourcing strategies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' relevant experience working in product development
  • Strong relationships with factories and supply base
  • Basic procurement principles and processes, supplier selection, and negotiation
  • You will be able to think on your feet, be creative, and not be afraid to change the plan of attack
  • Strong verbal and written communication, clear customer focus, with the ability to maintain existing supplier relationships
  • Be ethically minded
