Working directly alongside the Managing Partner, you'll be involved in strategic decision-making, client relationship management, and staff development.You'll lead by example—both in your legal work and your mentorship—helping guide early-career lawyers as they progress through the profession.
This role will suit a lawyer who wants to give back to the industry, share their knowledge, and play a genuine role in shaping a high-performing legal team.You will handle a variety of legal matters including:Complex family law cases including parenting arrangements and property settlements General civil litigation, commercial disputes, and estate matters Residential and commercial conveyancing, leases, and property settlements This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role where your contribution will influence the firm's continued growth and culture.Key Requirements: At least 10 years PAE in Family, Litigation or Property Law Confidence managing files independently from start to finish Strong leadership mindset and genuine interest in mentoring juniors Excellent written and verbal communication skills Current practising certificate in Queensland On Offer: Be a key leader within a supportive and growing boutique firm Work directly with a respected Managing Partner who values collaboration Influence the growth and development of junior lawyers Competitive salary tailored to your skills, leadership and billings A culture that values integrity, innovation and team success Prime Gold Coast location in Southport – close to cafes, light rail and beaches Contact Details:Ready to lead and inspire?
