An accomplished Construction Project Lead is required to oversee a high-profile project delivering lasting impact to the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of all phases of construction from contract award through closeout, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven delivery.
  • Management of prime contracts and procurement of necessary permits and licenses.
  • Risk identification and mitigation impacting scope, schedule, cost, or quality.
  • Selection, contracting, and management of subcontractors across all project phases.
  • Purchase authorization in alignment with approved scopes and procurement schedules.
  • Project schedule management to track progress and implement corrective actions.
  • Financial performance monitoring, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Leadership of Operations and Action Committee meetings to align stakeholders, resolve issues, and maintain momentum.
  • Development of the project team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Project closeout—completion of all contractual obligations, documentation, and final payments to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in construction project management, with emphasis on Design-Build.
  • Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Cold Storage, Data Center, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Pharmaceutical.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to delegate tasks, exercise sound judgement, and motivate direct reports.
  • Adept in conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, with high attention to detail while working under deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
  • Adaptable to changing work environments and priorities.
