Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Principal to lead and manage the planning, delivery, evaluation, and improvement of the education of all students in a community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the school's educational programs and services to ensure high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve student achievement and school performance.
  • Manage and allocate resources to support the school's goals and objectives.
  • Represent the school and the Department in the local community and at system-wide levels.
  • Ensure the school's human, physical, and financial resources are efficiently allocated and managed.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and the local community.
  • Contribute to system-wide activities, including policy and strategic planning and development.
Requirements
  • Appropriately qualified individuals currently registered or eligible for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a school setting.
  • Strong strategic planning and implementation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and the community.
