The role of an Urgent Care Administrator is to provide high-quality customer service to patients in a medical centre environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients and welcoming them into the Centre
  • Collecting and entering patient details into a database
  • Scheduling appointments when required
  • Answering telephone calls and enquiries
  • Administration support and other ad hoc duties

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task and prioritise, and have knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech as an advantage.

This is an opportunity to work independently while maintaining a neat and professional presentation within a team environment.
