We're looking for a dynamic and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team—someone who's just as comfortable on the phone as they are face-to-face.

The primary focus of this role is to provide customer service in our telephone contact centre where you will be the first point of contact for a diverse range of enquiries, you will offer advice and appropriate solutions by applying your active listening skills and genuinely understanding what our customers want.
You will also provide an efficient and effective cashier service, processing payments made over the counter, online and via mail.
