About the Role

The Client Liaison Officer will work closely with our team to provide exceptional care to our valued clients at VMCH, establishing strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners.

This is a fast-paced environment requiring the management of multiple tasks simultaneously, playing an integral part of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing top-tier administrative support and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with case managers to provide quality care to our clients, identifying solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Manage all inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate records and adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Respond to referrals, determining eligibility and priority, and provide incident reporting as needed.
Requirements
  • Advanced computer literacy and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all members of the team.
  • Experience working in a similar role within the aged care sector or a genuine passion for aged care.
  • Experience working with high volumes in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational and time management skills.
