Lending Adviser Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lending Adviser to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing expert lending advice to clients, helping them navigate their financing options and ensure a smooth process.

Your primary role will be to provide exceptional client service, negotiation, and communication skills. You will work closely with internal divisions to meet client needs, including residential, investment, and commercial lending.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Checking loan and compliance documents
  • Communicating and liaising with other internal divisions
  • Business development activities
Qualifications and Experience

We require the following qualifications and experience:

  • Cert IV of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (or equivalent)
  • Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (or equivalent)

You must have 2-3 years' experience in a similar role in mortgage advising/lending. A current broker membership with MFAA or FBAA is also required.
