About the Role

The Mortgage Broker position is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our dynamic team. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients on their lending needs and helping them achieve their financial goals.

The role involves:

  1. Conducting comprehensive loan strategy meetings with clients to explore refinance or new purchase opportunities.
  2. Educating clients on our value proposition and aligning their needs with suitable lenders.
  3. Collaborating with lenders and industry professionals to ensure appropriate lending solutions for clients.
  4. Managing a pipeline of clients from initial enquiry through to successful settlement.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a lending role, preferably as a mortgage broker or credit assessor.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills, with a focus on providing exceptional client service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
