The Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Content Creator to join our busy NSW marketing team based at Norwest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content marketing strategies to position our brand as a leader in the residential building industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing engaging content across various digital platforms to capture the attention of our target audience.
  • Curating and creating social media content, email marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives in line with our agreed plan.
  • Collaborating with our in-house graphic designer and external agencies to produce marketing materials.
  • Managing stock of point-of-sale materials and providing administrative support to the marketing team.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the building or construction industry.
  • A positive attitude towards learning and working in a small team.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and digital content development best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Adobe Suite or Canva.
