Job Summary:

As a key member of our production team, you'll oversee critical tasks and collaborate with offshore factories to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production process from design to delivery, ensuring seamless coordination between teams.
  • Liaise daily with suppliers to guarantee efficient flow of production processes.
  • Work closely with designers to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, warehouses, and freight forwarders.
  • Negotiate with factories to approve garment costings and manage factory invoicing.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Degree or qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Fashion, Textiles, Production).
  • Proven experience in a similar production specialist or manager position.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to regroup and adapt when faced with challenges.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience working with factories and suppliers.
  • Prior experience in garment construction and quality control.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills.
