We help builders, interior designers, and homeowners in Castle Hill bring their vision to life by choosing the perfect bathroom products.

The Job Responsibilities
  • Support customers in selecting the ideal bathroom solutions.
  • Manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone.
  • Utilize our 3D Planner to transform customers' dreams into reality.
  • Visit customers on-site to provide updates and foster strong relationships.
  • Ensure the showroom runs smoothly and safely.
Essential Qualifications
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service with a passion for building relationships and helping customers.
  • Energetic and willing to learn and grow with the company.
  • Comfortable using computers and eager to learn new systems.
  • Open to working varied shifts, including weekends.
  • Desire to develop a career within our network or head office.
