Bathroom Specialist

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bathroom Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on bathroom products.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect bathroom products
  • Use our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream bathroom to life
  • Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
  • Ensure the showroom is running smoothly and safely

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
