About Bathroom Life offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team as we create dream bathrooms.

As part of our team, you will support builders, interior designers, and homeowners throughout their renovation journey to create their ideal bathroom. With over 10,000 people located in more than 900 branches globally, we are Australia's leading supplier of bathroom and plumbing supplies.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Assisting customers in selecting the perfect bathroom products.
  • Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone.
  • Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's vision to life.
  • Visiting customers on-site to provide updates and maintain strong relationships.
  • Maintaining the showroom's smooth operation and safety.

We seek an individual who:

  • Has prior experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers.
  • May not have experience in bathrooms but is energetic, takes initiative, and is willing to learn and grow.
  • Is comfortable with computers and happy to learn new systems.
  • Is open to working various shifts, including weekends.
  • Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network, or at head office.
