Guide Dogs Queensland seeks a Senior Donor Relations Coordinator to deliver an innovative Regular Giving fundraising program, enhancing donor experiences and driving engagement.
About the RoleThis full-time position is key to acquiring, upgrading, and retaining valued donors. As a strategic thinker, you will leverage your expertise in traditional and digital marketing techniques to create a donor-centric fundraising program that meets our growth targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Deliver Fundraising Program: Lead the planning and delivery of an innovative Regular Giving fundraising program.
- Collaborate with Agencies: Work with agencies to find new ways to engage and retain donors.
- Enhance Donor Experience: Create processes that improve the donor experience and gather valuable feedback.
- Campaign Fulfillment: Oversee campaign fulfillment and ensure high-quality interactions.
- Donor Materials and Events: Develop donor materials and host donor engagement events that strengthen connections and provide unbeatable experiences.
- Data Analysis: Analyse data to refine our strategies.
- Administrative Processes: Oversee and enhance administrative processes to ensure the accurate maintenance and management of donor records.
Reporting to the Donor Relations Manager, our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, fundraising, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in planning and delivering successful donor-centric regular giving campaigns.
- Proven success in implementing donor care strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
- Strong knowledge of regular giving trends and a commitment to innovation in fundraising.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong copywriting and creative skills that have measurable fundraising impact.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to tailor insights for Executive and Board-level reporting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a knack for engaging diverse donors and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
