The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Donor Relations Coordinator to join our Donor Relations Team. This full-time position is key to delivering our Regular Giving (RG) program and focuses on acquiring, upgrading, and retaining valued donors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and delivery of an innovative Regular Giving fundraising program
  • Work with agencies to find new ways to engage and retain donors
  • Create processes that improve the donor experience and gather valuable feedback
  • Oversee campaign fulfillment and ensure high-quality interactions
  • Develop donor materials and host donor engagement events that strengthen connections and provide unbeatable experiences
  • Analyse data to refine our strategies
  • Oversee and enhance administrative processes to ensure the accurate maintenance and management of donor records

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in marketing, fundraising, or a related discipline. You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in planning and delivering successful donor-centric regular giving campaigns. You will also have a proven track record of implementing donor care strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
