Infrastructure Director

About the Role:

Kyogle Council is seeking a highly skilled and visionary leader to join our Executive Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic initiatives across civil works, water and sewerage, asset management, roads, bridges, facilities, stormwater, and emergency management.
  • Develop and implement high-quality projects through multidisciplinary teams.
  • Oversee planning, budgeting, and contract administration within the Directorate.
  • Foster strong community relationships, ensuring transparency, safety, and collaboration.
About You:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related field, with significant leadership experience.
  • Expertise in civil engineering, including water, sewerage, roads, and asset management.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
