Responsibilities:
- Participate in discovery workshops, providing technical insights, solution options, and thought leadership.
- Develop solution designs across Dynamics 365 CRM modules, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Lead configuration, customisation, and development of high-quality deliverables, including plugins, workflows, and Azure service integrations.
- Oversee validation across testing phases, ensuring solutions are robust, compliant, and fit for purpose.
- Provide technical guidance through implementation, transition, and warranty phases.
Required Skills:
- Tertiary qualification in IT or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience as a Developer, Technical Lead, or Solution Designer on the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
- Proven delivery experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder engagement capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
