We are seeking an experienced Medical Educator to support our GP Training Programs Department. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality medical education and assessment programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs for non-vocationally registered doctors
- Deliver workplace-based assessments and small group learning sessions
- Mentor and educate registrars
- Support training program evaluation and resource development
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A strong background in medical education and assessment
- Experience working in a General Practice environment
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- RACGP fellowship
- Knowledge of CPD compliance
