Retail Product Strategist

This role is responsible for examining and analysing customer outcome data to assess each of our retail products' design and distribution conditions, ensuring they align with regulatory requirements.
- Collect and validate data from various sources including customer outcome data, regulatory needs, customer advocacy and competitor environment themes.
- Analyse and interpret data to evaluate whether product outcomes demonstrate value and confirm that products are being sold to the intended customer segments.
- Identify solution-based outcomes by proposing recommendations with tangible actions to enhance customer outcomes, including categorisation of urgency.
- Write and deliver comprehensive customer outcomes reports to accountable product managers.
- Track and monitor post-review actions and recommendations, ensuring visibility through product governance dashboards.
