The ideal candidate will lead the marketing strategy and execution for Roadside and Motorcycle Insurance products, driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve set targets.
- Manage campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximise outcomes.
- Analyse data to inform decision-making, refine customer targeting and segmentation, and optimise marketing strategy.
- Identify new marketing channels, test innovative ideas, and embed continuous improvement.
- 5+ years' experience in direct and/or product marketing within a regulated industry.
- Proven success delivering through-the-line marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- A commercial mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, commerce, or related field.
