
Disability Care Specialist

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide quality care and support to customers with disabilities in supported independent living settings.
Key responsibilities include providing direct support across a range of customer needs, including domestic and personal care assistance, as well as assisting our customers to access and have a positive connection to the community.
Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, resilience, confidence, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also be able to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement and use computers and learn various software programs.
Requirements- Ability and willingness to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends and public/school holidays with significant availability
