This is a flexible part-time position for a skilled nurse to provide high-quality patient care across various settings.
Responsibilities include wound management, foot care, catheter changes, medication administration, and palliative support.
The successful candidate will work closely with other healthcare professionals, guided by an experienced leader, with access to specialist support and regular opportunities for professional growth.
This role involves a 20-hour-per-week rotating roster.
Key Responsibilities- Effective time management and task prioritization
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- A genuine interest in ongoing learning and development
- Ability to build trust and rapport with patients and their families
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse
- Valid NSW Driver Licence and willingness to travel for home visits
- Previous experience in community nursing (desirable but not essential)
