Disability Support Role Overview

We offer regular shifts, flexibility to work varied hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends, and a competitive hourly rate of $39.80 p/h weekdays after induction, plus salary packaging opportunities.

About Our Clients:

We partner with individuals who require 24/7 assistance, including those with physical disability, acquired brain injury, neurological conditions, intellectual disability, or autism.

Our teams are based in Melbourne, Geelong, and regional Victoria, including Benalla, Wangaratta, Stawell, and Bendigo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care assistance, including showering and dressing
  • Assisting with domestic duties
  • Supporting clients with complex needs, including transfers and use of equipment
  • Building rapport with clients through patience, empathy, and open communication
  • Participating in activities that promote client independence and well-being
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

  • Good judgement and common sense
  • Excellent listening skills and a willingness to learn

  • Experience in personal care and supporting individuals with complex needs
  • Full drivers licence and ability to provide transport as required
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
