We are seeking a skilled and experienced Psychosocial Risk Specialist to join our team.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on psychological injury claims and recovery pathways.
- Support the Injury Care Team in managing complex and high-risk cases.
- Develop, implement, and embed continuous improvement initiatives across wellbeing and psychosocial programs.
- Contribute specialist expertise to projects and organisational initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to influence positive cultural and behavioural outcomes.
About You:
- You have extensive experience in injury management, psychological safety, and wellbeing program design.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- You thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at adapting to changing circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expert Advice and Guidance: Provide specialist advice on psychological injury claims and recovery pathways.
- Case Management: Support the Injury Care Team in managing complex and high-risk cases.
