As part of this commitment, they are seeking to strengthen specialist capability in psychosocial risk, recovery, and wellbeing support.

The Role

As a Technical Specialist – Wellbeing & Psychosocial Risk, you will act as a subject matter expert in wellbeing, psychology, psychological injury management and recovery, as well as psychosocial risk prevention.

Sitting within the Wellbeing Chapter and working in an agile structure, you will partner cross-functionally to provide specialist guidance and deliver practical, caring solutions that positively impact team member experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on psychological injury claims and recovery pathways.
  • Support the Injury Care Team in managing complex and high-risk cases.
  • Develop, implement, and embed continuous improvement initiatives across wellbeing and psychosocial programs.
  • Contribute specialist expertise to projects and organisational initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to influence positive cultural and behavioural outcomes.

About You

You are a compassionate and knowledgeable professional, recognised as a subject matter expert in psychosocial safety and wellbeing frameworks. With tertiary qualifications in psychology, mental health, or a related discipline, you bring extensive experience in injury management, psychological safety, and wellbeing program design. You will be highly adaptable and collaborative, you thrive in dynamic, agile environments and are skilled at engaging, influencing, and supporting stakeholders at all levels.
