About the Role: You'll be responsible for preparing and cooking rustic breakfast and brunch menu to the highest standard.
Working alongside a dedicated team, you'll ensure dishes are consistent, fresh, and beautifully presented.
You'll also maintain a clean and organised kitchen, manage prep efficiently, and assist in menu development.
Your Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of breakfast and brunch-style cooking

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
