Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced leaders to oversee daily restaurant operations in Brisbane North. Our restaurants are vibrant and dynamic environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and lead a large team of enthusiastic staff members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and high-quality products.
  • Manage your team on a day-to-day basis, working front of house, leading by example, cooking on the grill & chip stations, and assisting with customer service.
  • Focus on product quality, customer satisfaction, process optimization, training, safety, and employee experience.
  • Develop and deliver workshops and online training sessions to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager with financial management, including profit and loss statements, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
  • Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach teams, set examples, and drive positive outcomes.
  • A strong focus on customer-centricity and empowering staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • A natural people person who can foster a positive, energetic work environment.
