The OpportunityWe seek a seasoned professional to manage and deliver external communications that foster trust and confidence with customers, stakeholders, and the broader community. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing expert advice on customer communications to leaders and business partners.
- Nurturing strong relationships between our organisation and media outlets.
- Identifying and responding to emerging media opportunities and risks.

To succeed in this role, you will require:
