We are seeking an experienced Community Development Professional to lead the delivery of our community development strategy across Tasmania.
- This role is central to how we engage with communities, build meaningful partnerships and create opportunities for economic and social participation.
- Lead the implementation of our community development strategy
- Support staff in delivering impactful community engagement activities
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders
- Design and deliver major projects and programs focused on community building
- Contribute to grant applications and tender submissions
- Strong experience in developing and implementing community development programs
- Project management skills including design, development, implementation and coordination
- Knowledge of the social enterprise sector
- Experience in the social or community housing industry
- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships
- Deep commitment to the right of every person to quality housing
- Flexible work options
