Design Research Strategist

Our organization is seeking an accomplished Design Researcher to drive strategic research initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of research programs, delivering high-quality research outputs, and facilitating workshops with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive research plans
- Deliver top-tier research outputs, including reports, white papers, and presentations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement research studies
- Provide guidance and oversight to project researchers and research staff
- Advise on research methodology, ethics, and data analysis
The successful candidate will possess a strong research foundation, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive collaboration across disciplines. They will also have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects with precision.
Requirements:- Masters degree in a relevant field (Built Environment or Social Sciences preferred)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in design research within architecture or related fields
- Proven ability to generate research collateral for clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in reference tools like EndNote, Zotero, or Mendeley
- Skilled in qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., interviews, surveys)
- Experience with SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics
