Senior Commercial Property Manager

This position oversees a high-performing industrial and commercial portfolio located throughout Perth's eastern corridor. As a Senior Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio while leading and mentoring junior property managers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing individual portfolios and leading teams to achieve optimal results
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with tenants through engagement, retention, and service delivery
  • OVERSEEING LEASE NEGOTIATIONS, RENEWALS, RENT REVIEWS, AND ARREARS
  • TAKING OWNERSHIP of all facilities and asset management duties, including compliance and contractor management
  • CONDUCTING PROPERTY INSPECTIONS and ensuring maintenance and safety obligations are met
  • Utilizing industry-standard software to manage property workflows, budgets, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting
  • SUPPORTING TENANTS in their use of the software to encourage self-sufficiency and streamlined communication
  • PROVIDING TIMELY AND DETAILED REPORTING to owners and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • MULTIPLE YEARS' EXPERIENCE in commercial or industrial property management
  • Proficiency with industry-standard software and willingness to learn and champion it
  • STRONG LEADERSHIP SKILLS with a confident, solutions-focused approach
  • A sound understanding of lease administration, property legislation, and trust accounting
  • EXPERIENCE IN FACILITIES MANAGEMENT and contractor coordination
  • HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL, strong written/verbal communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
  • CURRENT PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION, police clearance, WA driver's licence, and own vehicle
