Content Manager for Ecommerce

As a seasoned professional in content creation and management, we seek an experienced Editorial Team Lead to spearhead our ecommerce editorial team.
- The ideal candidate will oversee the entire content production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and strategic alignment across the department.
- Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day workflow and deadlines, mentoring writers and social producers to develop their skills, and collaborating with stakeholders to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- The successful applicant will also be responsible for monitoring competitor activity and industry trends to inform content direction.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5+ years relevant experience in content creation and management, including team leadership.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Proven experience in off-platform content management, creation, and innovation.
