Maintenance Operations Coordinator in Gold Coast

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Supervisor to join our team at The Star Gold Coast. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a key leadership role within our Property Operations department.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Property Operations Management team in providing strategic direction and leadership regarding operational aspects of the department.
- Coordinate resource requirements during each shift to ensure business demands are met, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise the relevant operational functions of the Property Operations Team, aligning with division and company objectives.
- Conduct regular workshop and field inspections, coordinating routine maintenance of equipment to optimize performance.
- Set specific performance objectives for direct reports, overseeing their performance and providing constructive feedback.
- Assist with coordinating, prioritizing, and scheduling work orders between departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Troubleshoot building problems, providing prompt solutions to minimize downtime and maintain optimal operations.
- A 3-month Max Term Full Time contract, offering stability and structure.
