We are seeking a qualified support worker to join our team and make a positive impact in someone's life.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide assistance with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Support clients with mobility issues and assist with therapy goals.
- Transport clients to appointments and activities, and provide social and emotional support.
- Cert III in Aged Care or Individual Support.
- At least 6 months experience in a similar role, with skills in manual handling, hoist training, and medications.
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence and own insured vehicle.
