Job Title: Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with complex needs.

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment where you can engage with residents, manage behaviors of concern, and participate in daily community access.
  • You will be responsible for providing quality direct support to service users, increasing skills through independence and personal growth, implementing development programs, and identifying learning opportunities.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum Cert IV qualification in Disability, Community Welfare or similar.
  • A current Senior First Aid Certificate.
  • A current unrestricted Driver Licence and ability to drive a 9-seater bus.
  • The ability to hold or obtain the NDIS workers screening check.
