Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Governance Specialist to join our team at AIG. As a key member of our Claims organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Claims Governance Framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the Claims Governance Framework, ensuring it is aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with Claims Managers and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and reporting requirements for Claims.
  • Lead change management initiatives for new or updated processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of regulatory environments and industry best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop new ideas and improve working practices.
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work with claims stakeholders to effectively direct claims strategy.
